With a short discovery period. We spend focused time understanding the business context, existing systems and the outcome that matters before proposing an approach.
Q.02Do you replace an internal team or work alongside one?
Both models are common. We often embed with internal engineers, share ownership of the codebase and hand over cleanly when the internal team is ready to continue on their own.
Q.03How is quality maintained across projects?
Through a shared engineering handbook, mandatory code review, automated testing at multiple levels and a strong culture of writing things down.
Q.04How do you handle sensitive data?
Data classification is part of discovery. Access is minimized, encryption is applied in transit and at rest, and processing is documented so audits are straightforward.
Q.05Can you help with an existing codebase?
Yes. Assessments, targeted refactors, modernization and gradual replacement are a large part of the work.
Q.06What happens after launch?
We offer continuous engineering, on-call support and evolution work. The transition into operations is planned, not improvised.
