What helps us respond well.

A first message doesn't need to be long. It should be specific.

  • 01

A short description of the business context and the outcome that matters.

  • 02

The state of the current system, if any — architecture, size, team, pain points.

  • 03

Any constraints that shape the work: compliance, procurement, timeline, budget range.

  • 04

The stakeholders who will be involved in the decision and the delivery.

§ 05Cooperation stages
Stage 01

Introduction

A written exchange to make sure we're the right studio for the work in front of you.

Stage 02

Discovery call

A focused conversation with senior engineers to explore context and constraints.

Stage 03

Written proposal

Scope, approach, team composition and commercial terms captured in one document.

Stage 04

Kick-off

A short discovery period begins the engagement, followed by iterative delivery.

§ 06Response

We answer every serious inquiry. We prefer not to promise a fixed response window we cannot always honor — but nothing is left unread.

§ 07Privacy

Details you share are treated as confidential and used only to evaluate and respond to your inquiry. Our full data handling practice is described in the Privacy Policy.

§ 08Contact FAQ
Q.01How quickly will I hear back?
We answer every serious inquiry personally. Response time varies with studio load, so we don't promise a fixed window — but we do respond.
Q.02Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. If your inquiry contains sensitive material, mention it in your first message and we'll exchange an NDA before continuing.
Q.03Can we start with a small engagement?
Often, yes. A short advisory or discovery engagement is a natural way for both sides to evaluate fit before committing to a larger project.
Q.04How is pricing structured?
Most engagements are fixed-scope or time-and-materials with clear milestones. Pricing is proposed in writing after discovery, not before.
Q.05Where are you located?
Peak Power is an independent studio operating remotely and available for engagements internationally.
